Love—the Ecstasy of Being.

What is love—

but that deep connection,
that joining in being,
outside of mind.

Possible in any moment,
of showing up—totally.

What is love but

no agenda—

the possibility of

opening to another:

animal, vegetable, mineral—
all of life.

What is love but ecstasy,
not roaring highs but its
true definition:

coming out of shell,

the sweetly subtle bliss
of freedom–
of life’s deepest breezes
on soul’s skin.

Enter the moment,
for truly within it

there is nothing but love—

no thought, free of judgement—
leaving only

paradoxical connection,
present moment oneness.

Love is a way of being.
Be love.
